hello,

"Les résultats obtenus feront l’objet d’une vérification supplémentaire par une régression logistique binaire. Cette étape nous permettra de dégager la significativité de prédiction des variables explicatives "

(statistical) significance of the prediction/estimate
Explanation:
Nearly positive that this refers to statistical significance. Often, "statistical" is omitted when referring to statistical significance. If it is exceedingly clear in the context then omit, but

As for prediction/estimate, I think estimate is a more accurate way to discuss the results or a binary logistic regression, although it's also common enough to refer to "predicted values".

So, I think "statistical significance of the estimate" could commonly be the best way to say this generally.

For the whole sentence though, I think "this helps us determine the level of statistical significance relating to the main variables ..."

It also strikes me as possible that they are saying that the binary logistic regression could helps them get an idea of the magnitude, rather than statistical significance, of the values they are estimating/predicting, perhaps in some other steps, in which case you could refer to the magnitude of the estimate. I doubt it, but that's why I'm not 100% sure.

sorry about the typos. As per notes in discussion, some extra detail may help get the best translation, but there is probably enough material here to get rolling.

agree  rkillings: Close, but it would be better to improve on the source and make it a statement about the significance of the estimated *coefficients* of the explanatory variables. No real need to work in a mention of 'prediction' as well.
