agree  Frank Szmulowicz, Ph. D.: Thank you for your in-depth research.//THE ANSWER from your research appears to be "spotkanie przeglądu ustalonego wyniku" (MDR). I had "przegląd dotyczący ustalenia objawów," which is very close. The other answer is not.

agree  Polangmar: Oczywiście, że znalazłem to kalkowe tłumaczenie w sieci - jest tak fatalne, że nawet o nim nie wspominałem. "Agree" do pierwszej części (opisowej: "określi, czy niepoprawne zachowanie ucznia jest wynikiem jego niepełnosprawności").
