A clinical study site agreement is required for every site recruiting subjects for the trial. The Trial Co-ordinator should contact the Research Governance Officer in order to prepare the template site agreement.
A template of the University of Birmingham site agreement can be found here.

Niestety 'here' nie działa, więc wzoru umowy nie da się zobaczyć. :)

neutral  MagDol: To trochę za mało. Nie wynika z tego, że chodzi o ośrodek prowadzący badania kliniczne. Ośrodków badawczych zajmujących się zupełnie innymi rzeczami niż badania kliniczne jest mnóstwo.

  -> Nie wydaje mi się, ponieważ przy okazji badań klinicznych zawiera się szerg różnych umów w ramach jednego pakietu. To nigdy nie jest umowa wyrwana z kontekstu, a powtarzanie tego samego uważam za bezsensowne.
