This is taken from the brand identity style guide of a major international company. The page in question is detailing the required style for advertising photos. I'm pretty sure that "tratamiento" here means changing the lighting with Photoshop. If possible, I would like to avoid the concept of "retouching", as "retoque" is used elsewhere on the page.

That's what I was looking for! All I could think of was "photoshopping", which I don't think is appropriate in a formal context.
