Wir teilen den 5000m ***Rekordlauf*** in 50 Abschnitte à 100 Meter auf. Wir werden ca. 35 Läufer sein, deshalb werden einige die 100 Meter mehrmals absolvieren müssen/dürfen.
Die Reihenfolge der Läufer wird vor Ort bekannt gegeben.
Die Läufer werden in 4 Gruppen aufgeteilt und entsprechend auf der Rundbahn auf 4 Positionen verteilt.
Pro Gruppe steht ein Leichtathlet als Gruppenleiter zur Verfügung, der die Gruppen an die richtigen Positionen bringt.
Der Wechsel während des Rekordversuchs vom einen Läufer zum nächsten erfolgt per Handklatsch.
