Russian term or phrase: Помацаться
- О, ничего себе! - удивился Артур. - А они голые или нет?
- Нет, в прикиде, - сказал Руслан. - Но помацаться можно. Пойдем?

It's from a book of 50 pages about tantra. I did not find the verb "помацаться".

Yes, «в прикиде» means dressed. But you should open a new KudoZ question for each word or phrase you're struggling with.

Cop a feel

Explanation:
Просторечная форма (казалось бы, куда уж просторечнее) "мацать". Парень спрашивает, можно ли трогать девушек за грудь, например. "Лапать" еще синоним для этого слова.

caress

Explanation:
It would seem to me that if this is a tantric text, then caress would be more appropriate since it connotes respect.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thank you so much. That was exactly what I used in Portuguese(I use Rus-Eng pair at Kudoz because there are no translators Rus-Port here, but me).

Asker: Your point is very reasonable. I think that "touch" looks more and fits well here.

neutral  Katerina O.: There's no connotation of respect in помацаться. It sure requires more slang translation

disagree  Roman Bouchev: This verb is in stark contrast with the style, which suggests a rather frivolous talk between two guys that show not so much interest in the techniques themseleves as the prospects of having sex with the girls.
5 hrs

disagree  Maxim Olshin: That's exactly the case: there isn’t a bit of respect in the original. "Помацать" is as disrespectful as they get. Aren't you altering the original text that way? Hardly an appropriate term.
6 hrs

disagree  Max Deryagin: As Roman and Max pointed out, the word "помацать" connotes zero respect, and the word caress doesn't work here.

Asker: То есть, если я правильно понял, это синоним для "пощупать", для "патинга", да?

Asker: Oh, I almost forgot, what about "в прикидке"? Dressed?
