Dutch term or phrase: schaalsalaris

The term ‘schaalsalaris’ is used many, many times in my text (Dutch employment contract into UK English) and I'm wondering if there is something a little snappier than JurLex's suggested translation ‘salary according to the salary scale’. I have seen ‘scale salary’ + ‘scaled salary’ used here and there (not just on NL sites) and am wondering if this is an actual, standard term. It's certainly nice and short.

My context:

‘Persoonlijke toeslag schaalsalaris
Naast het schaalsalaris ontvangt de medewerker een persoonlijke toeslag van € bruto per maand. Deze toeslag maakt onderdeel uit van het maandsalaris zoals gedefinieerd in de cao. Dit betekent dat over dit bedrag o.a. vakantietoeslag, 13e maanduitkering en winstdeling wordt berekend alsmede pensioen wordt opgebouwd. Deze toeslag wordt aangepast overeenkomstig de algemene verhogingen van de salarisschalen.’

The CAO of WENb (werkgeversvereniging voor de Energie-, Kabel & Telecom- en Afval & Milieubedrijven) has the following info on the term:

‘Artikel 4.5
Salarisbegrip

1. Onder schaalsalaris wordt verstaan het bedrag dat aan de werknemer op grond van zijn indeling in de salarisregeling wordt toegekend.
2. Tenzij anders vermeld wordt onder salaris verstaan het door de werknemer laatstelijk verdiende schaalsalaris (vermenigvuldigd met het deeltijdpercentage), vermeerderd met:

- voor de salarisschalen A t/m I:
het 1/165e gedeelte van het schaalsalaris;
