(have been) read Explanation: When the psycho-social reports...have been read. Looks very much like non-Castilian Spanish, possibly Mexico or elsewhere in Latam. Difficult to translate the whole par without more context, but the verb form corresponds with 'reports' and possibly also with the 'fundamentacion....' Hope this helps, regards Jo |

read Explanation: According to word reference http://forum.wordreference.com/showthread.php?t=359655. However, I believe that this is poor usage of Spanish. They should have written: luego que han sido leidos los informes psicosociales en la presente causa y la fundamentacion en conclusiones de la parte demandante. in Spanish, lector means reader, and when you add the suffix ado it becomes a participial adjective: lectorado and it means readership, or assistantship in college. So, the word lectorado does not fit in this context, because despite the fact that is somehow associated with reading they should have used the word leido instead. |
