Translating a document about the estimated costs of the degradation and restoration of a water basin in Tunisia.
I just want to check mu understanding of this term here. Is it saying that the agricultural drainage is the only waste that is listed, the only drainage listed, or is the use of "seulement" regarding something else here.
"Ainsi, les rejets domestiques, industriels et de l’élevage traités et non-traités sont estimés à 20,7 millions de m3, le drainage agricole seulement répertorié se monte à 0,8 millions de m3 alors qu’il y a eu une tentative récente de recharge de 0,01 millions de m3 de la nappe phréatique à Fahs. "

I suggest that the emphasis in this clause is on the notion that the drainage figures available show only those flows that are listed and that there are others that are substantial. This syntax with the adverb "alone" shows the contrast in volumes of each element of the water flows. This is only a suggestion. I am a native EN speaker and near-native in FR.

I is quite hard to know for sure; my experience of these texts is that the French is not usually standard, and a certain amount of ingenious guesswork is often called for to fathom out what is actually intended. Good luck!
