Agent shall under no circumstances be entitled to a commission with regard to any amount that is not paid by a customer within six months after the termination of this agreement or a commission for a business transaction which was not identified by the Agent.
The Commission Fee is calculated on the estimated net selling price ex-works (i.e. the invoice amount less for example packing, insurance, customs and transfer duties, ***purchase tax*** and other incidental official duties or erection expenses etc.).

Unter keinen Umständen ist der Handelsvertreter berechtigt, eine Provision hinsichtlich eines Betrages zu erhalten, der von einem Kunden nicht innerhalb von sechs Monaten nach Beendigung dieses Vertrags gezahlt worden ist oder hinsichtlich eines Geschäfts, das nicht vom Handelsvertreter vermittelt worden ist.

Die Provision berechnet sich anhand des geschätzten Netto- Fabrikabgabepreises (definiert als dem Rechnungsbetrag abzüglich z. B.
