Die Mitarbeiter eines Unternehmens werden über ein bevorstehendes Audit informiert.

Unter dem Punkt "Vorbereitung und Fristen" heisst es:

"The preparation will follow a 2 phase approach, 1st Phase is for yourselves to supply me with data as per the attached PBV list (prepare before visit), 2nd phase I will use the data to select some testing samples for the audit and ask the you to complete the testing and provide supporting documentation prior to my visit."

Mir ist nicht klar, was mit den "Testing samples" und "complete the testing" im Zusammenhang mit einem Audit gemeint ist.

Ich denke "Materiall für die Auswahlprüfung" ginge auch, aber ich habe viel mit Statistik zu tun, und da geht es immer um Stichprobenprüfungen, daher neige ich zu dem Begriff.
