El término aparece en un contrato de arrendamiento de helicóptero. Su definición según contrato: State of Registration means the state of registration of the Helicopter, which shall be Chile or Spain, unless changed in accordance with Clause 13.

- Aviation Authority means the aviation authority of the State of Registration and any successors thereto or other Governmental Authority which shall have control or supervision of civil aviation in the State of Registration or have jurisdiction over the registration, airworthiness or operation of, or other matters relating to, the Helicopter.

- Lessee shall provide a certified true and correct copy of the certificate of airworthiness issued by the Aviation Authority with respect to the Helicopter within thirty (30) days of the Delivery Date, or such other time period as is customary in the State of Registration as advised by local counsel

- Lessee shall not move the Helicopter out of the State of Registration without Lessor’s prior written consent (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed)
