It's not THAT difficult to understand, for anyone that works in this specialist field with its very particular jargon.
However, I would be grateful if Asker could clarify one point of the context for us, please: WHO is requesting this information, and what kind of 'client' is this? From the way it talks about 'your agency', it sounds as if this might be some kind of inter-business transaction, with a service provide seeking to find out about the satisfaction of its travel agency (trade) customers? |
