You have some people in companies who love change, and then you have many more who stick to the old tried and tested methods, and who will only embrace a change when it’s proven beyond doubt. The conflict between the ‘innovators’ and the ‘conservatives’ creates all sorts of interesting discussions. I refer to these as ‘bucket and balloon discussions.’

Bucket & Balloon: A subject is required to straighten his both the arms parallel to the ground; right palm facing the sky and left palm down; facing the ground… a subject is allowed to close his eyes … and suggested ….imagine that you are holding a bucket full of water in your right hand …. your right hand is very heavy, because of the weight of the bucket, your right hand is going down…..also imagine, there are big helium balloons attached to your left hand fingers….the balloons are pulling your right hand up….up….more …and more….right hand down….more and more….(continue for about one or two minutes or till right arm is about to touch thighs)
