Hola! estoy traduciendo un contrato al español y no se como traducir el notwithstanding al final de la oración.
El original dice así:
Such a case, the Lessor shall refund the Lessee the security deposit, after any relevant deductions under the terms herein, any claim from one party to the other as to the provisions in this Agreement notwithstanding.

Esta es mi traducción:
En dicho caso, el Locador deberá reembolsar al Locatario el depósito de garantía, luego de las correspondientes deducciones bajo los términos del presente, cualquier reclamo de una parte a la otra según las cláusulas de este Contrato (no se como poner notwithstanding)
