English term or phrase: plasterglass
plasterglass or plaster glass

Found on the data sheet of a paint product to be used inside only.
The term appears in the surface preparation section specifying onto which kind of surfaces the product can be applied, this is one of the surface.

No other indication relating to this type of surface.

If a translation exists the French term would be great otherwise an explanation would help.

Thanks for your help.

plâtre armé de fibres de verre

Explanation:
"Plâtre armé de fibres de verre" or "plâtre renforcé de fibres de verre", both are used. Fibro-plâtre is a much more common term, but vague as it can refer to plaster reinforced with any kind of fibre (cellulose, for example) not only glass. You'll also see plasterglass referred to in English and French as GRG (glass reinforced gypsum).

neutral  B D Finch: Not all staff uses glass fibre. Your ref. seems to confirm my suspicion that this is an antipodean brand name.
