When it comes to various "supplements to the basic/official salary" the only term I've ever heard being used in real life was "avantages en nature", the "... en nature" usually meaning "paid by the employer", not necessarily always some kind of tangible things (like company cars).

This passage is out of a chart listing, and doesn't provide any more context than what I've already stated... I think "avantages imposables" is the correct answer, I was trying to see if anyone had heard of the "less taxable benefits" phenomena... but after more research I confirm Daryo is right, they must simply mean the amounts will be substracted from pay cheque.

Ever heard of a "taxable benefit" of the "less" or "sum" kind? Don't think so ...

"earnings codes for employees of a company" is more than enough context, knowing the country would be nice, but unless it's some ultra super weird out of the ordinary taxation system, "taxable benefits" is a well defined standard concept, and the concept of subtracting or summing numbers is for sure the same all over the planet.
