The term “anergy” refers to the ""state of unresponsiveness"" to antigen stimulation resulting from incomplete or insufficient signals delivered through the T-cell receptor (e.g., increase in intracellular Ca2+in the absence of ras-activation).

Asker: Спасибо! а как-тогда определить "antigen responsiveness", если "responsiveness" это "восприимчивость": increased secretion of γ-interferon from CD8+T-cells, increased proliferation, increased antigen responsiveness (e.g., viral, pathogen, or tumor clearance) relative to such levels before the intervention.
