стяжка рельсового пути (колеи) / путевая стяжка, как я предполагаю,круглого или прямоугольного сечения. Circular в описании не должно вас смущать, поскольку в другой брошюре (по SDS-M) сказано:"...for special track applications and demands, be factory-prepared to fit rectangular or round shape gauge bars..."
