Foreing/additional/foráneo Explanation: Hello. In June 15th, 1989, one of Venezuela's districts (Sucre) was split into 3 new districts: Baruta, El Hatillo y Chacao. These were called "foráneos", because they didn't eixist until the original district was split. "Foráneo" literally means "foreign" or "additional" or "new". In Venezuela, due to historical reasons, the word "foráneo" is added to the new district's name as a reminder of its origin. Since it is a part of the name, you can leave it exactly the same without the need to change it, or you can translate that term as "foeign" or "additional". Example sentence(s):
