Please, how can I write the surname (and first name?) Ponnamal in Tamil? A S Ponnammal seems to have been a noted politician:

Is பொண்ணம்மா perhaps the vocative (direct speech) form of the name? If so, does it mean something like “woman’s mother” (as it seems to)?

The English form Ponnammal gives a lot of results on Google, so it must be an important name, and yet I've not come across it so far.
