Any help with this would be appreciated - I don't normally translate legal texts. This has come up before on ProZ and the answer was given as patrimonial and non-patrimonial damages. Is there a less literal term?

Many thanks (xxx is the client's name)

caused both material and non-material damages

Explanation:
I think "patrimoniale" is best translated as "material" here, meaning quantifiable in terms of value of objects damaged, in opposition to moral damages.
