creada por Explanation: También estoy de acuerdo con el término "fundar", pero en el texto original "launch" se repite dos veces, lo cual en español no suena bien. Se podría utilizar en un caso "creada por" y en el otro "fundar". No creo que inaugurar, en este caso, sea lo más indicado, ya que sugiere la idea de que el Lord mencionado solamente participó en la ceremonia de inauguración y no en la creación de la institución.
