French term or phrase: ACC
Hi,

I'm translating an invitation to a shareholders' meeting for holders of preferred stock and this acronym appears throughout the document. Here is an example:

"examen et approbation préalable de la modification des termes et conditions de l’ACC Mars".

The paragraph before it is talking about approving changes to the terms and conditions for convertible bonds and a contract for bonds redeemable as shares.

Any idea what ACC might be?

Thanks!

apport en capital complémentaire > supplementary capital contribution

Explanation:
Only medium confidence because finance is not really my thing and there are probably other possibilities, but I think this one could fit.

"ACI Apport en Capital Initial
ACC Apport en Capital Complémentaire"
"Article 7 –Acquisition de la qualité de Membre du Groupe Agence France Locale
Le paiement de l’ACI ou de l’ACC donnera lieu à l’attribution de Titres de la Société."

The term proposed is used in some places, including Portugal:

However, I suspect that "additional paid-in capital" might be more suitable:

neutral  writeaway: not 100% convinced this fits the context: examen et approbation préalable de la modification des termes et conditions de l’ACC Mars

-> I am pretty sure it does, but there may be other meanings of ACC that do as well. // Can't see any difficulty there. March is presumably the subscription period. Naturally there must be terms and conditions agreed in advance.
