BY DEFAULT COOPER, BRAD PRAECIPE FOR ENTRY OF DEFAULT JUDGMENT FILED. JUDGMENT IN FAVOR OF MARLENE SMYTHE AND AGAINST LOUIS WEINER FOR FAILURE TO FILE ANSWER WITHIN REQUIRED TIME. PRO-PROTHONOTARY [...]" https://fjdefile.phila.gov/efsfjd/zk_xml.docket?case_id=1409... He aquí la Wikipedia: "The word prothonotary is recorded in English since 1447, as "principal clerk of a court [...] While the term was once commonly used in the United States, only the courts of Pennsylvania and Delaware still term their chief clerks "prothonotaries."" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Prothonotary Y parece que va desapareciendo incluso en Pensilvania, por ejemplo en el condado de Filadelfia: "The Office of Judicial Records (formerly Office of the Prothonotary) is considered the clerk who keeps records and the Great Seal of the Commonwealth, issues process, enters judgment, and certifies the record." http://www.philacourts.us/common-pleas/trial/civil/ojr-civil... President Harry S. Truman was introduced to a prothonotary during a campaign stop in Pittsburgh in 1948. It is rumored that Truman's first reaction upon hearing the term "prothonotary" was to say "What the hell is a prothonotary?".") 1) "FILED PRO PROTHY / FEB 11 2019 / A SILIGRINI". |

MALVESTUTO I am not 100% sure if the term is "Prothonotary". ORIGIN OF PROTHONOTARY: The word Prothonotary is a Latin word meaning “first, chief or highest administrator” and the title dates back to the Court of Rome. So, I am assuming it was "filed for the Prothonotary" (leave as it is Latin). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 22 mins (2019-02-27 17:47:19 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Prothonotary's Office - Prothonotary | Montgomery County, PA - Official ... https://www.montcopa.org/97/Prothonotary Take a step toward passport information and learn how to electronically file ...
