Mi interpretación: Si estoy en lo cierto, este es un caso de divorcio (lo que José escribe en el epígrafe de la consulta) en el que probablemente ha habido situaciones de violencia de género. Lo que yo entiendo es que el caso ha pasado por otros tribunales (courts) que, en su momento, emitieron “orders” (órdenes/mandamientos judiciales), quizás de protección, para la persona que es víctima de violencia de género. Si mi suposición es correcta, las “orders” podrían ser “restraining orders”, órdenes de protección dictadas por los tribunales para protección de víctimas de violencia de género. Sin embargo, no puedo estar seguro de este último punto por lo que no me atrevo a asimilar “order” con “restraining order” y propongo simplemente “orden” o “mandamiento judicial” como traducción. La falta de contexto no me permite ir más lejos. En cuanto a “to be continued”, yo lo interpreto como “que deban prorrogarse” (véase sugerencia de traducción arriba). Es cierto que “continuation” puede significar “aplazamiento” en la jerga judicial del Common Law y “continue” se traduce como “posponer/aplazar”, pero no me parece que este sea el caso aquí.
