Lo entiendo como "El comprador solo podrá ejercer un recurso contra el transportista..."; no obstante tengo dudas, temo que "seul" le pueda dar un giro diferente al significado.

agree  Pablo Cruz: sí, es la idea, pero ojo sólo con acento ya no existe. Deriva del artículo 133-1 del Código de Comercio de Francia https://www.dalloz.fr/documentation/Document?id=CODE_CCOM_AR... / sí llevas razón, disculpa (ver web RAE)
