Birth Certificate Explanation: "oportuna" would translate as "timely" (corresponding to the date/time of birth) and I would just leave it out in the translation. |

non-delayed birth certificate Explanation: non-delayed birth certificate, on-time birth certificate, contemporaneous birth certificate None of these can be confirmed in Google probably because the expression is never used in English, but it would be a birth that was registered within the required time after the date of birth. The opposite would be a "delayed birth certificate", or late registration. Hope this helps. |
