Con el fin de cumplir con las regulaciones del “Know Your Customer” establecidas en cualquier momento, bien por el REFERIDO o bien por cualquier autoridad reguladora, las partes se comprometen a colaborarse y a suministrarse cualquier información relativa al perfil personal, profesional y operativo del cliente que aquél pueda requerir y de las personas jurídicas que se utilizarán para intermediar con el REFERIDO; y documentos que puedan explicar ante intermediarios financieros las transacciones para la clientela.

Esta es mi traducción, no me convence "to act"
In order to comply with the "Know Your Customer" regulations established at any time, either by the REFERRAL or by any regulatory authority, the parties hereby agree to contribute and provide each other with any information related to the customer's personal, professional and operational profile that it may be required and of the legal entities that shall be used to act with the REFERRAL; and as well as documents that can explain to financial intermediaries the transactions for clients.
