В документе ICH (https://ichapps.com/article/view/loss-on-drying) приведена методика определения потерь при высушивании. Не самое сложное испытание, сам его когда-то проводил.
Но одна фраза непонятна: "Where drying in a desiccator is specified, care must be taken to keep the desiccant fully effective by frequent replacement".
Что имеется в виду под "by frequent replacement" ("путём частой замены"?).
Заранее спасибо за разъяснение.

В случае использования сушки в эксикаторе, для обеспечения максимальной эффективности осушения следует своевременно заменять осушитель.
