costituire in garanzia Explanation: Secondo me in questo caso vuol dire che il "leasehold" cioè titolo che da al "lessee" certi diritti sull'immobile possa essere dato a garanzia. Si considera che il locatario abbia un interesse che costituisce un attivo che vale come "collateral". Puo' succedere penso per esempio che la "leasehold" in effetti concerna un bene costruito da X sul terreno di Y. Cioè il fabbricato è intestato a X ma come "leasehold", malgrado sia suo esclusivamente, perché sul terreno dato in affitto da Y. Ma puo' avvenire anche in caso di un'abitazione. Da un contratto di locazione, si tratta di una formula piuttosto bastante standard, ma non riesco a capire cosa possa significare "charge/charging" in questo contesto.
