agressive Explanation: Entiendo que "cruenta" es una característica descriptiva del tipo de procedimiento y no una clasificación en sí como "open surgery". Tal vez por eso no damos con ese termino que nos elude, mientras que si aparece "bloodless surgery". Ademas, "cruenta" implica mas' que sangre. Por ejemplo, cuando mi padre (casi 4 décadas de realizar cirugías) habla de una cirugia "cruenta", no es la escena sangrienta en sí a lo que se refiere, sino el grado de agresión al cuerpo humano: extirpación de uno o más organos, u otras intervenciones drasticas para reparar el daño causado por accidentes, heridas de bala, etc. Recien lo consulté y sugiere "agresiva" como sinonimo de cruenta.
