Me podrían ayudar a traducir la expresión "y nada" en la siguiente oración, por favor?

Oración: "Pasaron dos, tres días y nada".

Texto anterior: "Me entregó una lista de artículos que debía comprarle. No quedamos en
fechas, sino solo en hablar cuando pudieramos. Pasaron dos, tres días y nada. Me lo imaginaba comenzando la quimioterapia y sufriendo mucho".
