I feel that "engament", in this context, means the time scheduled for workshop delivery. Also, I have the term "pre-engagement questionnaire", which is to be completed before the engagement.

The purpose of this document is to provide the technical and engagement delivery resource(s) with an overview of the tasks and content required to deliver the XX Workshop.
