English term or phrase: Snitches do not get stitches!!

This appears at the end of a slideshow presentation about bullying, and people who retaliate because of being told on have to be reported. I've already translated parts about "represalias."

Anybody feel like being creative with this? The presentation is to let parents know the school district's policy about bullying and retaliation. We have thousands of students from Latin America and the Carribean, as well as other Spanish-speaking countries in the world. It has all been mostly formal language, until this statement.

Tattle-tales don't end up in the emergency room with stitches, basically. But it doesn´t have to be translated literally. Just get the message across in an interesting way that everyone will understand.

Al que canta la verdad, nadie/nada lo lastimará

Explanation:
Es la opción que se me ocurre. De igual forma, recomiendo no usar el negativo "No se lesionan..." no suena natural en español.
Si acaso diría algo así como "El soplón tiene 100 años de perdón", como para mezclar la frase con algún refrán. Pero, insisto puede sonar algo negativo para el ambiente escolar me parece.

Explanation:
El acoso escolar es un problema grave que se ha agudizado en las instituciones educativas, en todo el mundo. Combatirlo es tarea de todos, incluyendo padres, representantes y los propios estudiantes. Sin embargo, a la hora de denunciar no lo hacen por temor a represalias de los agresores; por lo que necesitan protección o garantías para hablar.

Por necesidades de la rima, el original utiliza "snitch", un coloquialismo que suele tener carga negativa.
No recomiendo traducirlo en su connotación negativa (soplón/chivato) porque desvirtúa el mensaje de la presentación en español.
En este contexto me parece más adecuado utilizar acepciones más positivas de "snitch" como verbo (delatar/denunciar).

-> Sin duda. La denuncia es un aspecto fundamental de la lucha contra el acoso, por eso hay que evitar los términos negativos (chivato/soplón). Entiendo que el objeto de la presentación es animar a los padres a denunciar. Saludos Richard.

'A "snitch" is a derogatory word used for a police informant, someone who provides information to the police about crimes or criminals. A Stitch is a procedure in hospital to close a wound. So, this expression is used to express that anyone who informs the police about us or our crimes *will be physically* hurt.'

Snitch: like grasses, exported Transatlantically to the (South and East London) criminal fraternity and private boarding / 'public' schools in the UK where 'sneaks' - for self-defencse purposes - tend/ed to be strong and powerfully built.

Funnlily enough, there is no similar expression in my Cuban Spanish slang dictionary.
