Thank you not only to Khun Sinthon, but also to Khun Wiwat and sfjames, esq. for suggesting the terms in English. According to Khun Sinthon's suggestion, I have chosen to use (pending) Suit for ¤´Õ´Ó and Decision for ¤´Õá´§ as that would make sense better for my Australian client. (Over here a suit stops being one when it's been decided upon.) Thank you all very much.
