Prompted by George's suggestion, I modified my version a little to "Будь мобильным! Гибким! Эффектным! Общительным!".
On the other hand, I agree with TranslatonatoR, but this phrase has a slight tint of ambiguity to it, and, since the literal translation didn't sound quite as attractive in Russian, I chose to stick with a paraphrase...
