Full title: Lov om rett til innsyn i dokument i offentleg verksemd.
For some strange reason I can't find this listed in Lovdata. And it seems to be mainly referred to by its nynorsk name.

Act relating to public access to documents in the public administration [Freedom of Information Act]
This new statute replaced the previous one, Offentlighetsloven, the translated title of which I have suggested here. The new one was passed in nynorsk form. The former title appears in the Lovdata translated statutes.

Brigid,
You probably know this already. I should have included the date this latter statute was enacted in the title. It's long but probably necessary (especially as I'm suggesting using the previous title translation for the successor):
"Act of 19 May 2006 relating to public access to documents in the public administration [Freedom of Information Act]".
I would probably use "Norwegian Freedom of Information Act of 19 May 2006" as a short form.
