Organizations that survive chaotic times are those whose employee not only grow comfortable with uncertainty, but can build systems, processes, and structures capable of anticipating it and flexible enough to respond to it (that is, change again, as necessary). In order to do this, successfully transitioning companies need fewer superfluous rules (which hold back progress) and clearer mission-critical rules (which keep the business on track). They need a much more meaningful set of guiding principles that managers can use to make informed decisions when new problems and unique situations arise. A good example is the business decision made by the Johnson & Johnson Company, whose executives turned to their founding principles for guidance during the Tylenol tragedy.

Organizatiile care supravietuiesc in vremuri haotice sunt cele care ale caror angajati nu doar evolueaza impreuna cu incertitudinea, dar creaza si sisteme, procese, si structuri capable sa le anticipeze; sint si sufficient de flexible sa actioneze (sa se schimbe dupa cum este necesar). Pentru a realiza asta, companiile care tranzitioneaza cu success, nu au nevoie de legi inutile (care obstructioneaza progresul) ci de reguli de misiuni-esentiale mai clare (care mentin afacerea pe drumul bun). When government performs its protective function well, individuals can have confidence that they will not be cheated and that the wealth they create will not be taken from them – either by selfish intruders or the government itself through high taxes and excessive regulations or the ravages of inflation. This protection provides citizens with assurance that if they sow, they will be permitted to reap. When this is true, people will sow and reap abundantly, and economic progress will result.
Problems arise when the government performs its protective function poorly. If private ownership rights are not clearly defined and enforced, some parties will engage in harmful actions toward others. They will take property that does not belong to them and use resources without paying for them. When people are allowed to impose such costs on others without just compensation, markets do not accurately register the true cost of producing goods.

Source text - Romanian In scurt timp, cu sprijinul nostru, au aparut noi centre PEN in imediata noastra apropiere: cel de limba maghiara din Romania si, imediat dupa proclamarea independentei, cel din Republica Moldova. Am avut insa relatii privilegiate si cu alre centre din tarile ex-comuniste (polonez, maghiar, sloven, slovac, ceh, bulgar, macedonean, lituanian), pentru ca scriitorii care au cunoscut oprelistile represiunii s-au regasit in organizatia mondiala cu un atasament sporit in comparatie cu cei din lumea normala, de dincolo de Cortina de Fier. Problemele pe care le-am discutat in cadrul celor cinci conferinte zonale organizate direct de noi, in Romania, cu participarea a zeci de scriitori din mai toate centrele europene, precum si maniera in care i-am cointeresat pe colegii din alte zone geografice, au demonstrat o maturitate direct proportionala cu solidaritatea de destin care ne unea.
Translation - Hungarian Rövid idö alatt, tamogatásunkal, tobb PEN központ jött létre azonnali közelünkben: a Romániai magyar nyelvü, éz azonnal a szabadság kinyilvánitása után, a moldovai köztársaságbeli is. Azonban, kiváltságos kapcsolataink voltak más központokkal is ex-komunista országokbol (lengyel, magyar, szlovén, szlovák, cseh, bolgár, macedon, litván), mivel az irók akik ismerték a elnyomó tevékenység akadályait, felfedezték egymást a világszervezetben fokozodott elkötelezetséggel, a szokasos világgal ellentetben a Vasfüggöny mögött. Az általunk Romániában megszervezett öt teruleti konferencia keretében tárgyalt problémak, több tíz író résztvételével mindegyik nagyobb europai központbol, es az eljárás amellyel a más földrajzi területekröl származó kolegáinkat közérdekeltük, bebizonyitottak egy éretséget amely közvetlen arányban van sorsbeli összetartozásunkal.

Ez a kötet olyan válogatás, amely Jungnak a gyermekkor pszichológiájáról szóló írásait tartalmazza. Magvát az a három előadás alkotja, amelyet Az analitikus pszichológia és a nevelés címmel tartott. Jung úgy véli, hogy a szülők és nevelők lelki állapota mértékadó a gyermek növekedési és érési folyamatában, különösen a szokatlanul tehetséges gyermekek esetében. A szülők közötti nem kielégítő lelki viszony fontosságát a gyermekkor pszichogén zavarainak okaként hangsúlyozta.
Kötetünk írásai cáfolják azt a még mindig közkeletű előítéletet, hogy Jung pszichológiája csupán az élet második felével foglalkozik, illetve végső soron arra vonatkozik.
Egy olyan korban, amikor az összes nevelési alapelv megkérdőjeleződik, minden olvasó sokat tanulhat Jung írásaiból, mivel ő bizonyos szempontból pedagógiai problémákkal foglalkozik. Önnevelés nélkül másokat nevelni éppoly kevéssé lehetséges, mint emberi érettséget elérni tudatosság nélkül.
Translation - English This volume contains a selection of Jung’s writings about childhood psychology. Its core is comprised of three presentations delivered under the title, “Analytical Psychology and Education”. Jung considers that the state of mind of parents and educators is a benchmark in the process of growth and maturation, especially for highly gifted children. Jung emphasized the relevance of unsatisfactory psychological relationship between parents, in the psychogenesis of children’s mental disorders. The volume invalidates the widespread preconception, that Jung’s psychology is preoccupied mainly with the second part of the life, or that it refers to it mainly. In an age when all fundamental principles of education are questioned, every reader can learn a lot from Jung’s writings, because he is preoccupied with educational issues. Without self-education it is as hard to educate others, as it is to achieve maturity without awareness.
