Source text - English THE PROOF OF THE BIBLE
What is the Bible? Is it truly the inspired Word of God? How can we know? Does it have any characteristics that make it different from and superior to, all of the other “holy books?” Does it have a uniqueness, which sets it apart from any other works of literature or other religious or ethical writings? Actually it does, and in a number of very surprising ways.
This investigation regarding a number of unique aspects of the Bible is quite detailed and in-depth. It explores scientific laws and discoveries as well as historical prophecies and their fulfillments. In order to help the reader see a bird´s eye view of the matters covered herein, an outline has been prepared. There is also an appendix at the end of the document with a timeline of the historical fulfillment of some of the key prophecies presented here. We hope this outline will help the reader get a clearer view of the structure of this investigation regarding the Bible being God´s Word to man. We have also prepared a shorter version of this document, which is available for those readers who would prefer a more concise presentation of the material included in this document.

Bio
I am a freelance translator and editor with 29 years of experience in biomedical research, scientific writing, editing, and proofreading. Five years of experience in both volunteer translation from English to Spanish and Spanish to English, and freelance content editing, copyediting, and proofreading.
I wrote and published over thirty original research scientific manuscripts in national and international peer-reviewed journals (English). I also wrote and submitted multiple scientific research grant proposals to the National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation (English).
Available for translating, revision of translations, editing, and proofreading (English to Spanish and Spanish to English). My areas of specialization for translation, editing, and proofreading include animal science, biochemistry, environment, general, genetics, genomics, medicine, mental health, molecular biology, neurochemistry, neuroscience, pharmaceuticals, pharmacology, psychology, religion, science, and toxicology.
Born in New York City. My family moved when I was 7 years old to Puerto Rico. I became bilingual during my early childhood in New York City where I received my initial primary education. I strengthened my Spanish skills (spoken, written, grammar, style, syntax, etc.) while receiving my primary (from 2nd grade on) and secondary education, and my Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy in Puerto Rico. During that time, I also developed a high proficiency in English as a second language (developing strong command of English (spoken, written, grammar, style, syntax, etc.).
I then moved to the Cincinnati, Ohio, to complete my Ph.D. degree in Toxicology from the College of Medicine of the University of Cincinnati. This was followed by working for a year as a postdoctoral research fellow at the University of California and Berkeley and later at the University of Texas at San Antonio. My fields of research were molecular biology of learning and memory and experimental psychology using animal models. I studied and worked for a total of 7 years in the US. During this time, English became my primary communication language both in the written and spoken forms.
I was then hired by the Department of Biology of the University of Puerto Rico, for a tenure-track position starting in 1997 until 2013. During my tenure as a faculty member at the Department of Biology, I developed a competitive, funded, and published research program in the fields of the molecular biology of learning and memory as well as experimental psychology using animal models. I now consider myself to have near-native English proficiency in the spoken, reading comprehension, and written formats.
From 2013 until the present day, I have worked as a volunteer translator from English to Spanish and Spanish to English. I have also worked as a freelance consultant, content editor, copyeditor and proofreader during this time.
