Bio

I am currently working as an Elementary teacher in Arskoli and have since 2003 which is an Elementary school in the North West of Iceland.  My line of expertise is English and a Textile teacher. I have extensive experience in a variety of the work environments.   Such as being a teacher I am qualified Veterinary Nurse graduated from Bicton College in Britain which I worked in that field for about 10 years.  Studied Information Technology in Norway. I have worked in supermarkets, bars, attending the elderly, on farms, as a taxi driver and a horse trainer to mention a few.

I am single with three children.  I live in the West part of the country so it is in the countryside where I love to be.

I have been involved in government work such as football associations, as well as being a football coach.

I myself played  football for 25 years including teams in Iceland,  Norway, USA and UK (Exeter Rangers and the boy´s school team at Bicton College) The highlight of my football career was probably when I was elected The Best Football player of the year with the at Bicton College.

I have also been an exchange student in America which gave me a lot of experience and was the prime fuel for me to have the courage to travel and learn other cultures and being involved in other countries.

My main coal today is to teach students English in a positive way and therefore open their eyes for so many possibilities that the world has to offer them.  My goal is to further educate myself in the field of English for Student with second language and immigrants.
