Not only impossible with four children around me, but I also don't wish to work: the weekend is the time to spend with family and friends. Anyway I have already plans for the weekend (other than sitting behind the computer) long before. I told this to my clients, which know this now and I almost never get the question to work in the weekend.

Which means No never, but if I didn't finish my weekly workload Friday night for procrastination/emergency reasons, I have to work at weekends to catch up.
I never take on or plan to work at weekends.
Weekends are for outings, leisure, gardening, family and friends. Except in "special circumstances".

As well as I take Mondays and Wednesdays off Feb 2, 2016

For a freelancer, there is no difference between a Sunday or a Thursday. There is a difference between a day with a job to do and a day with no jobs. Either one can be any day.
