Dado el caso que le Sr. YYY cancelara el contrato con la Sra. XXX, el adeudo quearía anulado igualmente.

I understand the last sentence as stating that, even if Mr. YYY does not agree to rent the beauty salon in question solely to Ms. XXX, then Ms. XXX will not incur any ensuing debt.

Have I understood correctly, or have I missed something?
