El artículo se dirige a Bouazizi y a los que le han seguido la corriente quemándose a lo bonzo, que el autor venera por su determinación y la reacción que provocaron en el mundo árabe, desencadenando las revoluciones y protestas de los últimos meses.
Os pongo el párrafo. Creo que el nombre es ficticio pero hace referencia a Ben Alí... pero necesito confirmarlo y me ayudaríais con propuestas de traducción ;)

Explanation:
Uqba ibn Nafi no es para nada un personaje ficticio, se trata del general árabe que conquistó las tierras del Magreb, entre ellas Túnez donde fundó la ciudad de Kairouan...

Creo que con la asociación de los 2 nombres, el autor quiso comparar la dificultad de derrumbar el dictador Ben Alí, con lo complicado que fue para Uqba someter a la antigua Cartago...
