Estoy traduciendo un acta de manifestaciones y, en el apartado "Requerimiento" se indica lo siguiente:

"(...)intención de presentar una modificación de medidas definitivas de la sentencia de divorcio procedente del Juzgado X, con auto de divorcio contencioso nº X, confirmada por la sentencia de apelación de fecha X, en que se confirmaba una pensión..."

Es un documento que se traducirá para EEUU.
