translating and interpreting at the 9th, 10th and 11th Ladoga 4x4 Trophy Raid 2005, 2006, 2007. Off-road 4x4 club, St. Petersburg. A 7 day car competition (more or less like Camel trophy) around Ladoga lake (Russia). My duties: written translations and interpreting at the automobile off-road competition, assisting foreign competitors and interpreting at negotiations and translating interviews for reporters.

טקסט מקור - אנגלית Several attempts have been made to eliminate or reduce the physiologically unfavourable effects of excessively hot or cold ambient temperature on persons working outdoors permanently, with the help, for instance, of garments. This purpose is served either by clothing products made of heat-insulating material or including inlays made of such materials or, in several solutions, by having recourse of electric power, whereas electric heating units are located inside the garment or the cover, occasionally as an external inlay stratum, connected to a power source, most often rechargeable battery units, also associated with the said garments.

טקסט מקור - רוסית Мантуровский фанерный комбинат (МФК) – градообразующее предприятие г. Мантурово. В апреле 2010 года состоялся пуск этого крупнейшего в регионе предприятия по выпуску фанеры, совпавший с его 95-летием. В церемонии приняли участие руководитель Федерального агентства лесного хозяйства РФ Алексей Савинов и губернатор Костромской области Игорь Слюняев. Год назад пожар уничтожил основной цех МФК по производству фанеры. Тогда сгорело 16,5 тыс. м2 производственных площадей. В августе 2009 года началось восстановление комбината. Объем инвестиций составил 1,14 млрд руб.
Производственная мощность восстановленного предприятия по выпуску готовой продукции увеличилась с 60 до 100 тыс. м3 фанеры в год. Дополнительно на комбинате создано 140 рабочих мест.
תרגום - אנגלית Manturovo plywood plant (MPP) is a major employer of the city of manturovo. April 2010 saw the commissioning of a new plywood plant, and also coincided with the plant’s 95th birthday. The Federal Forestry agency head Alexei Savinov and Kostroma Region Governor Igor Slyunyayev participated in the ceremony. last year, fire destroyed the main plywood manufacturing workshop of mPP, when 16,500 m2 of production areas burned down. In august 2009, restoration work began at the plant. The volume of investment came to 1.14 billion rubles.
The industrial capacity of the restored enterprise producing finished goods grew from 60,000 to 100,000 m3 of plywood a year, and an additional 140 workplaces were created at the plant.
