flowmeter for fluxing (heavy) oil with domestic heating oil Explanation: Looks as if they are mixing a more refined product in with the heavier product containing too much sulphur to dilute it and lower the sulphur content (per volume). (FOD - fuel-oil domestique) In addition to being a bit CAPITALISTIC, it's telegraphic, so I'm not altogether sure how "débitmètre" fits in there. I simply suppose it is for metering the amount of flux oil added. |
