Dutch term or phrase: eindafsluiter
"Voor dit product zijn diverse accessoires beschikbaar zoals IP68 verbindingskabels, aansluitkabels en eindkapjes met geïntegreerde 120Ω eindafsluiter"

This is a text relating to LED lighting products. My understanding is that this "afsluiter" is placed at the end of a line to prevent a DMX signal from being reflected back along the line.

Could it possibly be a "termination resistor"?

terminator
Explanation:
'eindafsluiter' is doppelt-gemoppelt, as our German friends say.

A terminator in this context is by definition (or at least in practice) a resistor or (with multiple leads) a resistor network, or sometimes an RC network or set of RC networks. With the '120Ω' in the text, there's no need to say 'resistor', and it could be misleading if the terminator contains more than one resistor.

agree  Harry Borsje: I'd use termination (in general) or terminating resistor (in this case)

-> Yes, termination is OK if you're talking about the function; terminator is commonly used if you're talking about a physical component. You can also say 'terminating resistor' or 'termination resistor' if you know that it is a single resistor.

agree  Chris Hopley: would be my choice too
