These are shipping terms. 1.- "Full". Two uses of the term a) The container is full with no free space. b) Payment in full of all charges (no debts). 2.- "Dry". Boxes, tins, cannisters, plastic gags, etc. Non liquids or gases nor hygroscopic substances, etc. 3.- "20". Tank Containers come in two sizes. 20'x8'6" or 30'x 8'6". 4.- "Harmless". Two uses in freight. a) The products transported are harmless (will not leak, explode, etc.) b) or "The contractor cannot be fined" if something happens.
