Explanation:
No. This is just the problem of the computerised world. It is not always easy to write upper or lower indices. But at least some people try and make the difference with capital and lower-case letters (see my answer). In this case they didn't bother, just wrote UDC, PDC, UAC.

They are just voltage DC, power DC and voltage AC, nothing else.

(now translating German English text and came to this page when looking in Google for UDC, also all capital, but without any hints like 13W or 12V DC, just "UDC error")
